We guarantee all our customers the maximum tranquility in the purchase process on the site. For this reason, if the product received does not satisfy you can exercise the right of return.

It is possible to request the return of a product purchased only in the following cases (pursuant to D.L. 206/2005):
- The request must take place within 14 days of the order date.

Transport costs for returning the product will be your load or if you prefer to rely on our courier of € 10 with the exception of cases where the return occurs by defect of the product or by shipping error.

The acceptance of the returned goods takes place only in the following cases (pursuant to D.L. 206/2005):
- the product must be intact and unused;
- the accompanying tag to the product and / or seal must not have been removed;
- The return of the product purchased online must be carried out exclusively following this procedure.

Following the verification of the existence of the aforementioned conditions, we will reimburse the amount paid. In the absence of the aforementioned conditions, the product will be returned to the sender.
Note: Returns of online purchased items made at Physical sales points will not be accepted without the procedure indicated above and observed the above requirements have been previously followed.
