Introducing the second reinterpretation of the original Seiko 5 Sports model released in June 1968. With this reconstruction, Seiko offers two dial colors that were popular at the time of the original release. The case has been recreated as faithfully as possible to achieve a size and shape that is almost similar to the original model, while modernizing the watch and improving the movement with the inclusion of a 4R36. Details such as the shape of the lugs and the size of the crown have been updated with the practicality and comfort of the modern man in mind. The model adopts a sturdy stainless steel bracelet with a design similar to the original bracelet of the first collection. The additional perforated calfskin strap in a racing style further enhances the retro feel of the model.
